Just as we confirmed weeks ago that Facebook Messenger Rooms is now live, with up to 50 people, you can make calls on the mobile and web-it 's open to all.

The platform is a more feature-rich and expanded version of Facebook Messenger 's existing video calling service, allowing up to 50 people to chat on video with no time limit from either the main Facebook app or the dedicated Messenger app.
Messenger Chambers.

In response to the popular zoom app, which became popular during this covid19 pandemic, Facebook announced messenger rooms some weeks back. There are no time limits to the video you can make with Messenger ROOM.

You can build a room from Facebook (in North America) or Messenger (in global terms) when you have it. On a free video call, you can have up to 50 people, without any time limits at all.

Facebook says you can set restrictions on who can enter, or even if they don't have a Facebook account they can make it available to anyone with the connection.

"Via News Feeds, Groups and Events, you can start and share rooms on Facebook so it's easy for you to drop by whenever you want,"

"If you don't want someone else to enter, you can choose who can see and enter your party, or ban people from your party and lock the door."

Facebook is promoting the new product in its main app with a carousel of cards at the top of the screen that lists various friends’ faces and the option to “Say Hi.” Tapping any one card will give you the option to create a room with that person or message them directly on Messenger.

Enough has been said, it is time to experiment it by yourself.
